Racing sails, Cruising sails, spinnakers & cruising chutes
We are able to make all types of racing sails for all types of boats, dinghies and windsurfers and use the the most up-to-date materials, including SPECTRE LAMINATE and GRAPHIX. We can also make all types of cruising sails from hard wearing cruising materials such as DACRON through to HYDRA-NET. All types of sail cut can be catered for, including CROSS CUT, VERTICAL and TRI-RADIAL and foam luffed roller reefing Genoas.

Sometimes it is possible to perform re-cutting to restore a sail profile that may have been lost due to misuse or just the passage of time. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
We offer an emergency sail repair service for all types of sails with the intention of keeping you sailing, so if you damage a Cruising, racing, dinghy or windsurfing sail, we aim to do what ever we can to get you back on the water.
At Sail and Cover, we offer a full servicing facility for all types of sails.
This service includes Sail Valeting where your sails are professionally laundered to remove the harmful salt deposits that crystallise within the weave and seams of sails. As part of the servicing we will inspect the sail and advise you of any remedial work that may be required - preventative work can be much less costly than a failure at sea!
We are able replace Sacrificial strips as well as retrofitting padded luffs to existing roller reefing Genoas.
Winter storage is available for a small fee.
